What currency are the prices I see on the website?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can! Usually the next day, HOWEVER, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days processing time for your order to ship out.

I just placed an order. When will I receive my item?Processing time is between 1-3 business days. All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking numberso you can track it every step of the way! Please keep in mind that once items are shipped and a tracking number is provided, XOCURVES is not responsible for the package as it is no longer in our control. Products will not be replaced or refunded if your package is damaged, lost, or stolen. Please contact your local USPS with the provided tracking number for any updates. Packages may also be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays due to COVID-19. I am not sure what size to purchase, can you assist me? Of course! Please email us at @xocurves.info@gmail.com a picture or video of your current size and we will suggest the size we think will fit you best!


I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We regret to inform you that at this time xocurves is unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any purchase due to hygiene and sanitary reasons. We hope you understand and continue to support xocurves. If you’re having an issue with your order please email us at xocurves.info@gmail.com so we can help you get this resolved immediately!

How do I wash my garment? 
Wash it with soap and water. Do not wash in washing machine. Allow to air dry after.

I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at xocurves.info@gmail.com. If in fact the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission or once items have been shipped.
