Shipping policy

Please keep in mind that the processing time is between 1-3 business days. All customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! 

Once items are shipped and a tracking number is provided, XOCURVES is not responsible for the package as it is no longer in our control. Products will not be replaced or refunded if your package is damaged, lost, or stolen. Please contact your local USPS with the provided tracking number for any updates. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays due to COVID-19.
